How do I get started?

With over 20 years’ experience in window treatments and textiles, we’re here to help you every step of the way. When you schedule an appointment either by phone or by filling out an online form you will be contacted by one of our design experts to set-up a convenient time to meet with you in your home. The design expert will discuss with you your home décor project and bring the appropriate fabric and blind samples. They will then help you choose the most suitable window covering, measure your windows and provide you with a written estimate.

What type of product warranty do you have?

All our products carry a limited lifetime warranty. In addition, we provide a one year no hassle warranty and will repair or replace any product due to defect or workroom error so long as the product has been professionally installed, not misused or abused. Replacement must be for the same window as the original order. See our Warranty page for complete details.

We work during the week. Is it possible to get a weekend or evening appointment?

We work by appointment and will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

How long does it take for my window covering order to arrive?

On average, your window coverings will arrive in about 2-3 weeks. Different window coverings are produced in various locations, so production and shipping affect the specific delivery times.

Can I return my window covering product if I’m unhappy with it?

If you receive something that you don’t like, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue.  If you simply feel you selected the wrong product or material, we will let you choose something else and give you 50% off the new product. As all our products are custom ordered for you they cannot be “restocked” and are considered a final sale.

When will my credit card be charged?

Because every product is custom made and because we have such aggressive lead times – production begins as soon as you place your order. Therefore, we are required to charge a 70% deposit to your credit card as soon as you place your order with the balance due the day of installation or delivery.

How do I clean my window coverings?

Minimal care and cleaning is needed to maintain the beauty of your treatment. Clean with a low suction, hand held vacuum or dust with a soft, clean cloth or feather duster. Never immerse your treatment in liquid of any type or use an “anti-static” cloth as they can leave a chemical residue that may react with UV rays and weaken or discolour materials. I have young children and safety is a big concern for me. What products should I consider?

 All our products are designed with safety in mind, and are compliant with all new Health Canada Safety regulations as of May 1st 2022. Ask our design experts about what lifting systems and motorization options are available for each product or download our safety guide.
